10. HOPE SCHOLARSHIP Georgia's HOPE Scholarship is available to Georgia residents who have demonstrated academic achievement. The scholarship provides money to assist students with their educational costs of attending a HOPE-eligible college in Georgia. To receive HOPE Scholarship funding, students must: Meet one of the following academic requirements: Graduate from a HOPE-eligible high school with a 3.0 grade point average. Senior Class Officers  All applicants must complete an application and return to Mr. Hallingquest during A and B Lunch on Thursday, August 21, 2014.  5 minute PowerPoint Interviews will be conducted on Friday August 22, 2014 Immediately after school in Rm. 2686.  Campaigning can begins Monday August 25, 2014 and Elections during A and B Lunch Thursday August 28, 2014.  Winners announced Friday Morning August 29, 2014.  Senior Counsel work begins Tuesday September 2, 2014.
