3  We are the Toronto Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, an international affiliate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.  The TACD is one of the leading not-for-profit educational organizations in North America.  We are devoted to the Art and Science of Cosmetic and Comprehensive Dentistry and are delighted to invite you to participate at our meetings as sponsors of our 2014/2015 program. 

4  We host World Class speakers at 3 full day seminars a year and invite your company to exhibit at these meetings! Past speakers include Dr. Frank Spear, Dr. Gerard Chiche, Dr. Bill Dorfman, Dr. John Kois & Dr. Gordon Christensen, just to name a few!

5 Our first meeting of the year is on Friday October 17 th 2014 with Implant speaker Dr. Stephen Chu. Our Winter meeting on Friday, February 13 th, 2015 is with Clinical speaker Dr. Douglas Terry. On May 22 nd, 2015, we are thrilled to present TACD favorite, practice management speaker Dr. Stephen Rasner. All 3 of our full day seminars are being held at LeParc Convention Centre in Thornill. LeParc is at 8432 Leslie St. Thornhill, ON L3T 7M6

9  6:30 a.m : Sponsor Registration and booth set- up in the Exhibitor Hall.  7:30 a.m: Booth set up complete. Dentists register and breakfast buffet is served in the Exhibitor Hall.  8:30 a.m: Seminar Begins.  10:30 a.m: Morning coffee break in the Exhibitor Hall.  12:00 p.m. Lunch break in the TACD Luncheon Room. Exhibitors are  invited to join dentists for lunch  12:15 p.m. A dessert Buffet will be offered in the Exhibitor Hall after lunch.  1:10 p.m. Lecture Resumes  3:00 p.m. Afternoon break in the Exhibitor Hall  3:20 p.m. Corporate Sponsor Draws in the Seminar Room  4:30 – 5:00p.m Lecture Ends

10  Exhibitors are encouraged to hold special draws and promotions throughout the Day to encourage attendees to visit their tables.  The TACD will announce Exhibitor Specials and will post Draw Prizes at the entrance of the Exhibitor Hall.  A special E-blast will be sent out to attendees a week before each meeting, announcing specials to be held on the day of the seminar.
