4. Click in the Name Field and start typing your last name Back to Agenda

6. Home Screen Tips Click on Atlas logo to get back to home page. Tabs on Top. Breadcrumbs to show where you are. Banner for shortcuts. Your Courses. To change your password and other settings. Back to Agenda

7. Search Tab Tips To search by a keyword, type the word. To search all words that have a similar meaning as the typed word, click on box Thesaurus. Check Curriculum And/or Lesson Plan And/or Attachments Filter by School, Grade, Subject, Teacher, Map Type, Category. Add Dates if you choose. Back to Agenda

8. EXAMPLE This search was for: Democracy Social Studies Eric Leary To eliminate the teacher search, just click on the red X. To reset everything, click on Reset. Back to Agenda

9. Browse Tab Tips Another way to look for plans. Select the filter/s you would like to browse by and click browse. Back to Agenda

10. EXAMPLE This browse was for: Social Studies Eric Leary Click on the course to view the Unit Calendar. You can change the view by clicking on the drop down menu, selecting the view and then the course. Back to Agenda

11. Communities Tab TIPS Use this Tab to search plans outside of Onslow County. Keep in mind that other areas format might be different from OCS. Back to Agenda

12. Develop Tab 1. Select the course 2. Type Unit Name and click Save - Then Select the plan to edit You can drag the bars next to the plans to change the dates of the plan. Enter your plan here. Use Bullets Click on Links to upload files and link to Websites Click Add New to add from drop down menus Back to Agenda

13. Copy Units from the Develop Tab Click on Unit Copy 1. Click Here This window pops up, browse for the course the plan is in that you want to copy, and click on circle beside course you would like to copy. Back to Agenda
