7. When Do We Develop the Manual?  You will start today!  Continue in your monthly full day work sessions.  Complete by September to share with the other teams 7

8. How Do We Develop the Manual? In the District Field Guide there is:  A writing guide for topics to be considered.  A template to help with development.  A narrative explaining each section with guiding questions and indicators to consider.

Developing the Manual Provides Time to Think……..  What is our purpose, mission and vision for providing support to schools?  How do we organize a system, what structure will work best?  What support shall the district provide to build capacity of all schools?  What targeted supports shall the district provide to build the capacity of individual schools? 10

11. Time to Think………..  What “Menu of Services” can the district provide schools?  How will these services be delivered to schools?  What if the improvement efforts of the school and the district are not successful?  How do we monitor the performance of our system of support? 11
