Sales Success with Happy Voyager 7 Listening to Your Customer Example: If your customer asks how to sew on hats, alter your demo by demonstrating the cap sewing system. Most of your customers who already have home embroidery machines will move up to a HAPPY because of the larger sewing area rather than additional gains in speed. Try to glean which feature(s) your prospect stands to benefit the most from and highlight that/those feature(s) as you show the machine. Be ready with your “canned” demo, but use dialogue with your customer to tailor the demo with what they’re looking for. It’s not always about “bigger” or “faster”.

Sales Success with Happy Voyager 8 Demo Style Make sure you demo with the open arm, sleeve Go to your local Goodwill - buy garments for inexpensive sewing demos Limit demo design size and complexity to 3-4 colors, 3-5,000 stitches Embroider whatever the customer wants to see

Wider cap field than competition, excellent stitch quality.
