6. Service Level Agreement Agreement between WSIPC and NERDC, and NERDC and districts. Severity Levels: Medium, High, Critical Response Times – Critical: 30 minutes during Normal Support Hours, 1 hour during After Hours – High: 1 hour during Normal Support Hours NERDC and WSIPC shall work extended hours in order to resolve a Critical incident. Extended work hours require that district staff who originated the incident remain available and participate in the resolution.

66. CEDARS If you are receiving error messages on Staff records for Inactive Teachers, make certain that they are no longer tied to Meet patterns. When Course Master records are cloned year to year, Staff are also cloned. In the past, this presented no problems. However, this year CEDARS errors are being generated. Change your business practice to delete retired or inactive teachers from current year Class Meets. Edit Meet Patterns individually or you can use the Mass Change Course Master utility to do this – call our office for assistance.
