3 Unit 14 - Lesson 67 Planning an Agenda 3 PLANNING AN AGENDA Determine the type of meeting—will you make a decision, solve a problem, resolve a conflict? List each item to be discussed, and name the person introducing it. Set an estimated time limit for each item. Send the agenda to all expected attendees one or two days beforehand.
