5 4 Introduction  Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic (CNRMA)  Thirteen installations and annexes in Hampton Roads Virginia area  Three installations in Pennsylvania.  Navy looking to enhance compliance posture, minimize NOV’s, and improve and integrate compliance assessment reporting processes.  Implemented NFESC prototype assessment project using Enviance to develop a a Navy Online Environmental Compliance Checklist System (NOECCS)  Found NOECCS could easily provide capabilities for integrating Environmental Program data management requirements.
