4 Executive Summary According to case study, There is a small city named Luang Reap Hoi where tourism industry is growing rapidly but city council has no plan to support the accumulated number of tourists that causes a lot of problems to city which can defined in 4 groups –Human Resource –Tourism and Infrastructure –Environment –Social

5 In our point of view, the problems of Human Resource is critical issue. The objective of the project is, to improve skill and Knowledge for employees and local people to work in tourism industry. The process of the project –Stakeholder Analysis –Problem tree –Objective tree –Design and Monitoring Framework –Work Breakdown Structure –Critical Path

6 The expected result is, people have skill and knowledge in tourism industry consist of interpretation, hotel services and so on. The beneficial of this project promotes the increasing number of tourists and improve investment in tourism industry that would contribute the economic growth. Duration time = 96 weeks (2 years) Budget = 2 million dollars
