1. Welcome to My Life!

2. My Family  I have a wonderful husband, Jason that I work with everyday. He teaches 3 rd grade at our school.  I have two beautiful children, Troy is 6 and Jorja is 2.

3. My Job  I teach first grade at Brent Elementary School in Brent, Alabama. I have taught there for 9 years. Every year is a new experience!

4. My Degree  I am currently in my last semester as a graduate student at the University of Montevallo. I am working towards my Master’s in Elementary Education. I graduated from the University of Montevallo in May of 2001 with a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood/ Elementary Education.

5. My Expectations  As a person that only recently began texting, I do not consider myself to be advanced in technology. I am hoping to learn new methods of presenting information to my students through the use of technology.

6. What I love…  In the very little spare time that I have, I love to READ! My favorite author is Stephen King. I have read over 50 of his books. My favorite book is Salem’s Lot.
