2. Hitler wants to start using Facebook, but there’s one small problem…he’s not very good with computers! Why not do him a favour? Get him set up on Facebook by creating his Facebook profile for him!
This lesson you are going to be working on the computers to do some further research into the life of Hitler
You are going to present you findings in a Facebook type profile for Hitler, using the example I have done to help you
To fill in the Facebook profile, you will need to open the PowerPoint file that the template is saved in
To find it, go to: Pupil Resources >> History >> Miss Brookes then open the PowerPoint presentation called “Adolf Hitler Facebook Profile”
Once you have opened the file have a look through the profile and look for what information you will need to find out
Use the internet to find out information about Adolf Hitler that you are going to fill in on the Facebook profile
You should leave the “info” page as it is and fill in the “wall” page and the “photos” page, you have the whole of today’s lesson to do this

Bio
I was born on 20th April 1889 in the small Austria-Hungarian of Braunau near the German border. Both my parents came from poor peasant families.
I was appointed chancellor of Germany in I transfer the Weimar Republic into the Third Reich, a single-party dictatorship based on the ideology on Nazism.
My supremacist and racially motivated policies resulted in the mass murder of eleven million people, including an estimated total of six million Jews.
In the final days of the war, during the Battle of Britain in 1945, I married my long-time mistress, Eva Braun. On 30 April 1945, less than two days later, we both committed suicide to avoid capture by the Red Army, our corpses were burned.
