11.  Click on Property, Upload to access the Upload screen  The 7 upload templates are found in the Select Template picklist  Select the data fields to be uploaded from the Available Columns listbox and move them to the Selected Columns listbox by double clicking, drag and drop, or click to highlights and use the arrow buttons  Click Generate Template to create and save your upload template  Use the Excel Template to format your upload data; do not change the column headings 11

12. 1. Select template Building or Trailer 2. Drag Gross Sqft and all Cool Roof data to the Selected Columns field. 3. Click Generate Template, Open it. notice, Site Number, Area Number, and Property ID are automatically included in the template file. These fields identify the unique record to be updated 4. Open demo1 5. Enter your data into the demo template This has already been completed to save time. 6. In FIMS, click Browse in the Upload Process and select the demo template file. Click Upload to upload the data to the database 12
