2.  This presentation aims to introduce the OB van fleet of IMS to all potential clients and decision makers, emphasizing on the special functionality of the vehicles, dedicated to sports and events production.

3.  The OB vans are manufactured in UK where in the course of the past 5 years they were fully engaged with heavy duty outside production.  The vans have been producing matches from the English premiership and the Champions league  They are 16:9 and 4:3 compatible and compliant to the most demanding production requirements

4.  The fleet consists of 5 vehicles:  OB1: ▪ UNIT 1- SuperJumbo – a 9 camera 15m. trailer, expandable to 16 cameras ▪ DTR truck- Jumbo Mate – a 15m. trailer for slo-mos, graphics, editorial staff etc ▪ Support vehicle– for transportation of cameras, tripods, cables, sound etc.  OB2 ▪ UNIT2 - Jumbo– a 8 camera truck ▪ Support vehicle- for transportation of cameras, tripods, cables, sound etc.

5.  The OB vans can produce sports and events in the following configurations:  UNIT2 only (8 cameras)  UNIT1 + DTR truck (9-16 cameras)  UNIT1 + UNIT2 + DTR truck (up to 24 cameras)

7.  OB1 is fully equipped with Thomson LDK 100 and LDK 200 cameras  OB2 is equipped with and LDK 300 cameras  We have the following types of lenses  Canon – J55 + Extender, J20x7.5+Extender, J18x8.5 IRS, J14x8.5 IRS, J13x9 IRS, J8x6 KRS, Fujinon - A22 BEVM  The box lenses have sophisticated zoom and focus controls (shot-boxes, etc.)  We have a variety of Vinten heavy duty tripods, pan & tilt heads, skids and accessories

9.  UNIT1- SuperJumbo is dedicated to heavy duty outside productions  It features up to 16 cameras  State of the art sound system capable of producing live 5+1 sound

10.  UNIT 1 consists of 3 compartments  Sound (2 workplaces)  Vision (7 workplaces)  Camera control and engineering (5 workplaces)

11.  Video Mixer – Philips DD35  DVE – Pinnacle Xtreme  CG Workstations – 2  Monitors – Ikegami, JVC, Sony  Playout server  Slo-Mo – EVS, Tektronix

13.  Monitors – Ikegami, JVC, Sony  File recorder (ingest)  Recording – DV-CAM, DVC-PRO, DVD-R  Robot Camera control

14.  The Camera control compartment allows up to three cameramen to control cameras simultaneously  The OB engineer has a master control panel allowing him to support their job without interfering  The engineering section is well equipped with all necessary measuring equipment  The trailer can be further extended with 1,5 m of working space in the engineering compartment

15.  Audio Mixer – Calrec Zeta Digital 100  96 Channels  Mini disc, CD, DAT, Telephone hybrids  Intercom – Telex ADAM 80  12 consoles, 8 radios

16.  The DTR Trailer is designed to host the graphics and the EVS-es  It also hosts the production/ editorial team

17.  The DTR has three compartments  Production Director (3 workplaces)  Slo-Mo, Editorial (8 workplaces)  Engineering (1 workplace)

19.  The DTR has its own video and audio matrixes  Eight working places in the big compartment of the DTR are equipped with 4 multi-monitor plasma screens, each of them powered by Miranda Kaleido  Each working place has its own intercom and matrix controls

20.  UNIT 2 is a multi purpose OB van designed to operate single and in combination with UNIT1 and the DTR.  The van is designed in a more compact size but with the same level of equipment and state-of-the-art integration

21.  UNIT 2 consists of 3 compartments  Sound (2 workplaces)  Vision (5 workplaces)  Engineering and Camera control (2 workplaces)

22.  Video Mixer – DVS7150  24 port  Monitors – Ikegami, Vutrix, Sony Playout server  CG Workstations – 2  Slo-Mo – EVS, Tektronix

25.  The engineering and camera control compartment is nicely designed and fully equipped to suit the most demanding requirements  The OB van is expandable to 8 cameras

29.  Each UNIT is supplied with a dedicated set of cases for all equipment being transported  There is a well crafted organization and order of storing of all cables, cameras, lenses, tripods, microphones, rain covers etc.  There are more than 40 kilometers of triax, sound, power and control cabling  The operation meets all safety requirements in the EU
