2. Camp Zone® offers fun-filled summer programs for children ages 5-14. Each week, campers jump into action, participating in exciting sports programs, exploring nature, becoming involved in performing and creative arts, playing a part in group activities, and attending special events. Our campers have the opportunity to expand their horizons during the summer, embarking on new adventures, and having fun! Our exceptional program and dedicated staff create an environment that forges lifelong friendships among our campers. We create a summer experience that is unforgettable! It all starts with our outstanding camp counselors. A camp is only as good as its staff and we are extremely proud of ours. Talent, creativity, love of children, leadership and devotion make our camp counselors the heart and soul of the program. We take our camp programs seriously and begin our summer with intensive staff training and orientation. Camp Zone ® counselors and specialists are doing exactly what they enjoy most: spending a summer inspiring campers to explore, reach for new heights and expand their horizons. Camp Zone ® gives you choices. Camp Zone ® includes five days of activities, from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. You can choose to add extended hours and specialty camps to your menu of summer fun. We offer a range of outdoor activities, plus indoor activities conducted in our fully air conditioned facility. Extended care is available for your camper as well from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm each day. Our #8 greatest week involves a trip to the Cinema! Join us as we experience movie magic! Dates: Monday, June 24th – Friday, June 28th Which summer theme of fun is number one? Greatest Hit Number 8 is Lookin’ Fine! Our #9 top summer theme involves a more sophisticated week of fine art! Campers will be applying their artistic talents as they prepare pieces for our CampZone Art in the Park experience. Be sure to join us for our fun- filled field trip to The Pottery Shop, where students can get the creative juices flowin’! Dates: Monday, June 17th – Friday, June 21st Summer’s Greatest Hit Number 9! Top summer theme #10 kicks off our summer countdown! We’ll kick summer 2013 into gear with a fun-filled week of music, dancing, and fun as we relive the golden era of music classics! This week’s fantastic and tasty field trip will take us back in time to the Steak and Shake for some tunes, some fries, and don’t forget the milkshakes! Dates: Monday, June 10th – Friday, June 14th Summer’s Greatest Hit Number 6! Greatest hit #6 is a splish-splashing week of good times! Our cool campers will be focusing their activities around H 2 O! Comin’ in at Number 2… We’re walkin’ in a Winter Wonderland during greatest hits week #4! Put on your leather coat-it’s gonna be a CHILLY week in the Camp Zone! Campers will be ch-ch-chatting up this week for summers to come! Snowball fights, “cocoa”, and a North Pole visitor are just a few of this week’s highlights. BRRRRRRRR! Dates: Monday, July 29th – Friday, August 2nd Super Hit of the Summer Number 3! Wanna see a show? Our first ever summer stage production is a smash! Making our chart at #4, campers are sure to enjoy this week as they put on their saddle shoes and our annual CZ Play! They’ll also enjoy a tasty cast party at Chuck-E-Cheese! Dates: Monday, July 22nd– Friday, July 26th Countin’ Down to Number 4 and Lookin’ Alive! We are CampZone, and we’re here to PUMP it UP with greatest hit number 5! Our campers will have a fab time as we enjoy this high energy week, complete with camp faves like basketball tournaments, Box City building and a jumpin’ good time as we venture to PUMP IT UP to jump our cares away! Dates: Monday, July 15th – Friday July 19 th And Coming in At Number 5… Cool CampZone theme #7 is a tasty one and lots of fun! Prepare your appetite and your taste buds for this delectable week of goodies! Campers will be putting their culinary energies to work as we create tasty treasures. 6. Thrilling Theme Descriptions (continued) And the number 1 summer hit is… Our last week of summer CampZone 2013 is guaranteed to be a BLAST! Don’t miss the chart-toppin’ field trip to LASER QUEST! This popular week is a hit with each and every camper we know! Enjoy this last week, as we BLAST you off into another school year. Dates: Monday, August 5th – Friday, August 9 th Water Play -For everyone Weekly water play allows our campers to stay cook but still enjoy some fun in the sun. Campers should pack water clothes, towel, and spray-on sunscreen to be prepared for water play. Participants will be broken into small groups based on age, but will also be able to enjoy whole group “water wars.” Schedule and specific activities are subject to change with parental notification. Tasty tidbits for Summer 2013 A well-prepared camper is a happy camper! Campers can pack their own tasty lunches Monday through Thursday of each week. Also, don’t forget a water bottle! We will not be offering lunches Monday through Thursday this summer, but we will be offering Pizza Fridays each Friday of camp! For just $5, your camper gets cheese pizza, fruit snacks and a beverage, too! Yummy!!!
