2 Camp Zone® offers fun-filled summer programs for children ages 3-12. Each week, campers jump into action, participating in exciting sports programs, exploring nature, becoming involved in performing and creative arts, playing a part in group activities, and attending special events. Our campers have the opportunity to expand their horizons during the summer, embarking on new adventures, and having fun! Our exceptional program and dedicated staff create an environment that forges lifelong friendships among our campers. We create a summer experience that is unforgettable! It all starts with our outstanding camp counselors. A camp is only as good as its staff, and we are extremely proud of ours. Talent, creativity, love of children, leadership and devotion make our camp counselors the heart and soul of the program. We take our camp programs seriously and begin our summer with intensive staff training and orientation. Camp Zone® counselors and specialists are doing exactly what they enjoy most: spending a summer inspiring campers to explore, reach for new heights, and expand their horizons. Camp Zone® gives you choices. Camp Zone® includes five days of activities, from 6:30 am – 6:00 pm. We offer part-time schedules as well. 3 Week 1: Jumping Into Summer During our transitional week, we will be welcoming back our campers. We will have a Moon Bounce to play on at school and will visit The Jump Zone. Week 2: Beach Fun! We will be exploring the ocean and all that lives there. We will make sea shells and various ocean animals after our trip to the Wetlands Institute in Stone Harbor. On Monday we will enjoy a visit to the Camden Aquarium! Week 3: Healthy Habits This week we will give ourselves a health makeover. A dentist will come speak to us about good oral health and we’ll take a tour of ShopRite and learn about healthier food options. Don’t forget we will be closed on Wednesday for the holiday! Week 7: For the Love of Books During book week we will discuss some of our favorite authors and even write a book of our own. We will tour a public library, and learn the many benefits of having a library membership. Also we will attend “Summer Stage” to see a performance of Disney’s ‘Heroes’. Week 6: Around the World Adventures This week we will really test our culinary skills by cooking a variety of foods from all over the world. Who knows, maybe one of us will be the next Top Chef! Theme Descriptions Week 4: Animal Safari We’ll have our very own safari when the petting zoo visits our school on Monday! Also, we will on our way to Cape May, to visit the zoo that is. We’ll talk about our favorite animals and make fun masks. Week 8: Sports Hall of Fame Are you a Philadelphia sports fan? This week, you will be! We have hopes of visiting Eagles Training Camp to watch practice and we will be taking a tour of Citizens Bank Park where the Phillies spend their summer! Week 9: Bugs Galore This week we will have a visit from the bug lady. She shares all kinds of bugs with us and we get to touch them! We will also be cooking up some slimy treats. Week 5: What’s Your Favorite Color? Everyone has a favorite color! Every child will be able to express themselves through art and color during our school art contest. We will also visit a studio where we will paint our own pottery. Week 10: Science Madness This week we will be conducting science experiments like making a volcano and sun painting. Our campers will get to visit the Academy of Natural Sciences. Week 11: Planet Earth The end of the summer is here, and we will be busy celebrating all the fun we had at the End of Summer Carnival! We will also discuss our great big planet and make art projects with all recyclable material.

Camp size is limited to 30 children per day. Camp tuition is due on the first day of the week of your child’s attendance. (Camp calendar subject to change due to conditions beyond our control)
