10 Advising Tools Program of Study (POS) From your program advisor or the Graduate Affairs office. Where can I find a POS template? Masters & Specialist students - by the end of the 2 nd major term Doctoral students - by the end of the 3rd major term When is my POS due? Include all courses completed and currently enrolled. Also include future courses required for your program. Include the semester and year of each course. Include the grade earned in each course. Submit to Graduate Affairs in ED 115. What Should I Include in my Program of Study?
