2 Tear the paper into pieces and soak in water for two days. Tip out the water when you are ready to make your seed sachets.

3 Add fresh water and mix well.

4 Sprinkle in some in seeds.

5 Mix again.

6 Pour the paper mix into a sieve or strainer.

7 Tip mix onto a cloth.

8 Fold up corners and twist to squeeze out water.

9 Pull off small pieces of pulp.

10 Press into shape makers.

11 Place on tray or newspaper to dry.

12 Watch them grow… Snow pea sprouts on a plate.
