3 HEC-HMS 개요 개요 적용범위 - Hydrologic Modeling System (HMS)
- 미육군공병단 (USACE)의 수문공학센터 (Hydrologic Engineering Center, HEC) 에서 개발한 강우-유출해석 프로그램 - 기존 HEC-1 (DOS 버전)의 대체 버전 (Windows 버전) - 유효강우산정, 합성단위도, 하도추적 등 포함 - 격자형 강우자료 (레이더)를 이용한 준분포형 모형 포함 - 장기유출모의를 위한 간단한 토양수분모형 포함 적용범위 - 강우-유출 해석을 통한 홍수피해 감소 - 댐 안전에 대한 여수로 타당성 - 저수지 설계 및 운영 - 홍수예경보 - 홍수터 관리 - 환경복원 등
