4. What country has the largest column? What are the reasons that you think that this country has the highest amount? The USA has the largest population. I think it is because the USA has a lot of jobs. Another reason could be there is a lot of tourist attractions in the USA. Some more reasons the USA has the highest population could be because of the high GDP per capita.

5. What country has the smallest/lowest? What reasons would cause this country to have a low amount? New Zealand has the smallest population. Some reasons are they do not have many tourist attractions and they do not have many jobs,because of that not many people want to live there. But one more reason could be that the GDP per capita is pretty low.

6. Look at the 5 th and 6 th ranked countries. Are they developed, developing, or one of each? Why do you think that they are where they are in the rankings? Use data to help you answer the question. My 5 th and 6 th are Egypt and Canada Egypt. Canada is a developed country and Egypt is a developing country. Canada is developed because it is in a good location with a and lots of resources. Egypt is a developing country because it is mostly desert. And not a lot of people live there. Canada has a pretty high GDP and Egypt's GDP is pretty low.

7. Look at the 7 th and 8 th ranked countries. Are they developing countries? If so, what do they need to do in order to get to the top half of the rankings? Use data from any information to help you answer the question. Australia and New Zealand are my 7 th and 8 th ranked countries. Australia is a developed country and New Zealand is also a developed country. To get to the top they need to get more people to live there,more jobs,and more tourist attractions. Austarlia could try to produce more jobs. New Zealand could try to find a way raise their GDP per capita.

8. Name another country (other than the US) that stands out to you on the chart. Describe the country and what type of impact it has on world consumption. Brazil stands out on my graph because it is the 2 nd most populated country on my graph. Brazil consumes a lot of energy and resources. So it has a decently big impact on world consumption. Brazil has a pretty big impact on oil consumption.
