3 Cables for Connecting to Computer This cable is for connecting a beam projector to a computer.(If it’s not found, please make inquiries to the janitor’s office) This cable is a computer audio cable (located in the drawer of the desk)

4 How to Turn on the Main Switch Board Insert the Main Switch Board Key to the MAIN OPERANTION SWTCH BOARD. To turn the power on, turn the key to “ON”. Main Switch Board Key

5 How to Turn on the AMP & Audio Turn on the switch of the box containing a cassette deck and AMP. This box is located across the MAIN OPERANTION SWTCH BOARD Main Power Switch

6 How to Turn on the Video and DVD Turn on the switch located at the bottom of the box which has the computer monitor. Adjust beam projector channel to “Video” and TV channel to “AUX”. Main Power Switch

7 How to Turn On Microphones If you look at the back of the volume controller (picture on the top), you will find 2 switches as shown in the picture below. Turn on the switch that says “POWER” “POWER” Switch Zoom In

8 How to Install Cable Microphones (I) A cable microphone is found inside each copper lid on the platform. There are a total of three copper lids (picture on the top) If you open the copper lid, you will find a port that can connect microphones.

9 How to Install Cable Microphones (II) If you open the copper lid (top), you will find a connection port (bottom). The port you see on the left of the picture is the connection port for cable microphones. Microphones Connecting Port

10 How to Use Wireless Microphones Wireless microphones can be found inside the right drawer. Turn on all the switches of pin microphones (bottom left) and hand microphones (bottom right) to use them.

11 How to Use the Beam Projector (I) Rolling Down the Screen Press the power switch of the “ROLL SCREEN” found among the OPERATION switches. Then, press the “OPEN” switch. Lowering the Beam Projector Press the “VIDEO P/J LIFT” switch following the same order as the above. However, the beam projector must first be lowered all the way down and then adjust its height to fit it on the beam projector stand. Beam Projector Power Switch Screen Power Switch

12 How to Use the Beam Projector (II) You will find a blue cable port on the back of the laptop. Connect the connection port on the floor to this port. 13 Lobby Arrangement Place water filter where the trash bins are. Affix the two tables together to place refreshments. Information Desk can be set up by the iron divider (as shown in the picture below) Power Socket
