Base Education Service Offices no longer assist active duty enlisted Airmen who want to apply to the Basic Officer Training (BOT) Program
Airmen must apply to BOT through the Air Force Portal page managed by AFRS

Air Force Recruiting Service also announced that they will no longer accept waivers for not achieving the minimum GPA and AFOQT scores for both civilian and active duty members.

3. Are you eligible to apply?
- Be between 18 and 34 years of age (AFI , paragraph )
- Be a U.S. citizen (AFI , paragraph )
- Have at least a bachelors' degree (AFI , paragraph 3.2)
- Have your permanent assignment unit commander's approval/recommendation (AFI ,
  Table 1.1, Rule 28.)
- Meet minimum Air Force Officer Qualification Test (AFOQT) scores. The AFOQT minimum of 10, or higher on the Quantitative score and 15, or higher on the Verbal score is mandatory for all applicants, and waivers are currently not being accepted.
Meet minimum grade point Average (GPA). The GPA minimum for rated applicants is 2.5; the minimum GPA for non-technical degreed applicants is There currently is no GPA minimum for individuals with technical degrees as outline in the AD BOT Guide.
