3. To check Operating System, right click ‘My Computer’ icon on desktop

4. Click on “Properties” as shown

6. Step 2 How to check for Internet Explorer version and Cipher Strength

7. Double click on Internet Explorer icon to know Internet Explore version

8. To check Internet Explorer version and Cipher Strength, Click ‘Help’ on Menu Bar

9. Click “About Internet Explorer”

10. Check Internet Explorer version and Cipher Strength here Click ‘OK’ to proceed

11. Step 4 How to check whether “Active X” controls has been enabled or not

12. To Check whether all ‘Active X’ settings has been installed or not, double click on the Internet Explorer

13. Now click on the Internet Options in the Tools

14. Click on ‘Security’

15. Click on the “Custom Level”

16. Check whether all the “Active X” controls is enable or not If not, enable all the ‘Active X’ controls by clicking ‘Enable’ buttons

17. To Enable all “Active X” controls scroll the mouse down and click the ‘Enable’ buttons

18. After enabling all “Active X” controls, click ‘OK’

19. Click ‘OK’ to finish this process
