34 The Completion  Scope Packages  This initial package defined the project scope in general “Outline Specifications”, overall floor plans and schedules.  This package was developed and produced solely by FHAI and contracted by the Builder  Upon review and approval by the Builder this package was distributed to the sub Builders

35 The Completion  GMP Package  This second package was built upon the first in detail and specificity and included “performance specifications”, building elevations, site plan and engineering plans.  This package was initially developed solely by FHAI but responded to input from the potential sub Builders.  The effort involved in the development and production of this package was the responsibility of the Builder

36 The Completion  Permit Package  This third package was developed concurrently with the GMP package and included the information required for agency reviews and approvals.  This effort was lead by the FHAI in concert with Builder and the sub Builders.  The format was in AutoCad 3D, as a minimum.  Initially this package was the responsibility of FHAI until the final 10% of the effort when the responsibility was assigned and contracted to the applicable sub Builders.

37 The Completion  Design Assist  The services required by the primary Sub’s during the construction phases was contracted on an as- needed basis to the sub Builders. This includes, but was not limited to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, curtain wall, roofing …  Those areas of work not considered as being in the scope of the primary Sub’s contract was handled through the Builder and FHAI on an as-needed basis.  This includes drawings, response to requests for information, field observations.
