SELECTING ELIGIBLE STUDENTS
21
The Alternate Assessment Test Coordinators can confirm that all AIMS A eligible students have been added during the January 5 – January 31 window by clicking VIEW in the Student Selector Application CONFIRMING ELIGIBLE STUDENTS Eligible students must have met all eligibility requirements for the AIMS A Science Assessment. Grades 4, 8, and 10 only Do not wait to select your eligible students. If students are not selected by deadline, this could cause a delay in the PEA receiving the performance tasks test materials!
22
If an eligible student does not appear on a school list or the information is incorrect, then contact your District SAIS administrator to have the student’s information uploaded into SAIS. AN ELIGIBLE STUDENT DOES NOT APPEAR ON SCHOOL LIST IMPORTANT If the above error persists, please contact ADE- Alternate Assessment Team. If the data submitted through the PEA SAIS administrator is incorrect, a SAIS upload to ADE will need to occur before the selection of the student can continue. If there are further questions, please contact 602-542-4061.
23
The Alternate Assessment Student Selector Application will close January 31, and the AIMS A system will not open until the testing window opens February 15. AIMS A APPLICATION
