2 What is it?  It’s the enabling ability and power that one can experience and express through word, thought and deed to others.

3 How do we achieve it?  Stay focused and positive on what you know about your product or service  Learn and promote what others say positively about it  Know what the benefits are to prospects and clients using your product or service in their industry or market segment

4 How do we achieve it? o Be concerned and actively interested in a client’s needs or issues, not your solutions to them. o Keep your options open in handling challenges, issues, or opportunities.

5 How does it benefit you? You’re confident in your ability to present your product or service to your client or prospect. You’re in control of yourself and aware of the situation that you’re in. You enjoy your work because you’re confident, in control and aware of your purpose.

6 How does it benefit you?  Your focus is on serving your client and his needs, not yours.  It can open sales windows of opportunities where they weren’t there before.

7 How does it benefit others? They are confident in you, your abilities, and your product knowledge. They feel more trusting in sharing with you their needs or issues. Being self empowered can energize others as well to work with you, and strive to perform and succeed at their highest levels.
