Rules & Regulations) Focus on long term, balanced development of the sector which will benefit all consumer categories and environment. Special focus on small consumers Facilitate innovation

Talk about tariff impact, not just jargon based models) Simplify, do not be simplistic Repeat, repeat, repeat
