1 TOTAL RECYCLING SOLUTIONS ~48% COMPACTOR LANDFILL REDUCTION FOR JULY 2013 Our mission is to reduce Club Car’s waste handling/landfill costs, reduce carbon footprint, re-use any salvageable waste, and create a positive sustainable position from what was once an expense. We strive to turn you GREEN

2 Zero Waste to Landfill Initiative Recycling of Reman plastic car parts to recycling Recycling of oils and lubricants Energy efficient hand dryer installation Pilot of ICE Recycling – Kick-off July 15 th – Creation of sorting area – Taylor containers to departments’ needs and provide visuals – 48% decrease in waste to landfill in 1 st 2 weeks – Eliminate majority of trash compactor hauls and cost – No cost ICE full-time employee and forklift on-site – Combined loads to increase available square footage

14 DRIVE WHEEL ALL AWD RECYCLING PROGRAM THE BEGINNING – NOV 8 th, 2013

15 THE FIRST STEP TO OUR RECYCLING IMPLEMENTATION WAS TO EVALUATE WHAT MATERIALS WERE LEFT OVER AFTER A NORMAL DAY OF PRODUCTION. WE ACCOMPLISHED THIS BY INSTRUCTING OPERATORS TO NOT EMPTY THEIR TRASH AT THE END OF THE DAY. WE THEN WENT STATION BY STATION AND SORTED WHAT IS NORMALLY THROWN AWAY INTO WHAT WAS REALLY TRASH VS WHAT COULD BE RECYCLED. THE FOLLOWING SLIDES SHOW THE EVIDENCE OF THE SORTING PROCESS.
