5. ©2011 SAP AG. All rights reserved.5 Edit Process Flow The OV Collateral edit process flow is as follows: 1. Open – file is available for review 2. In Production Design 1 – file has been checked out for Design review 3. In Production Editing – file has been checked out for Edit review 4. Returning to Design 2 – file has been reviewed by Editing and ready for Design review 5. In Production Design 2 – file has been checked out for second Design review 6. All Stages Complete – file has been reviewed by Design and Editors 7. Approved – Content owner or Speaker has approved file edits 8. If content owner or speaker has comments or edits the file with go to Returning to Design for further review.

10. ©2011 SAP AG. All rights reserved.10 Content Owner View The Content Owner can see the final files as well as any comments in the Sessions Collateral tab. Content owners will need to review and approve or deny the edits.
