2. Determine (What is our goal?) In Spring of 2007, 50% of 5 th graders and 30% of 4 th graders at Burnt Chimney Elementary School will participate in their IEP meeting as measured by the IEP Participation Continuum Checklist

3. Determine (What is our goal?) In Spring of 2007, 1 5 th grader and 1 4 th grader at Burnt Chimney Elementary School will create a power point from a template for their IEP meeting as measured by the use of the power points at their IEP meetings.

4. Determine (What is our goal?) In Spring of 2007, all 3 rd, 4 th, and 5 th grade students with special needs will create a notebook of personal information to be used to develop their IEPs as measured by the finished product.
