2 Purposes at UNIPurposes at UNI  Identify high-risk freshmen  Focus them on success strategies  Enable interventions by faculty/staff  Generate data for understanding students’ experience

3 The BasicsThe Basics  Students take a 15-minute online survey between Sept 13 and Oct 9  They get an immediate, individualized, online feedback report  Five areas: Academic, Socio-Emotional, Behaviors and Activities, Performance and Expectations, Financial Means  Same time: “connected” faculty/staff get online status report regarding high, moderate and low risk status of each of their students  Some “connected” faculty/staff “intervene”
