Ukraine pleads for Britain & US to come to its rescue Deeply worried politicians inside Ukraine's parliament have pleaded with Britain and the United States to come to their rescue, after Russia was accused of launching a series of raids in the Crimea region. The two Western powers signed an agreement with Ukraine in 1994, which Kiev's parliament wants enforcing now. The Budapest Memorandum, signed by Bill Clinton, John Major, Boris Yeltsin and Leonid Kuchma – the then-rulers of the USA, UK, Russia and Ukraine – promises to uphold the territorial integrity of Ukraine, in return for Ukraine giving up its nuclear weapons. Article one reads: "The United States of America, the Russian Federation, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, reaffirm their commitment to Ukraine... to respect the Independence and Sovereignty and the existing borders of Ukraine.” And Kiev is now claiming that their country's borders are not being respected. Daily Telegraph, February 28, 2014 EVENT COMMENT And at the time of the end the king of the South shall push at and attack him, and the king of the North shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots and horsemen and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries and shall overflow and pass through. Events in Syria nearly led to confrontation between America and Russia. Events in Ukraine may also lead to verse 40 of Daniel 11 being fulfilled…. This forgotten treaty signed in 1994 between Russia, America and Britain could drag the US and UK into WAR with Russia if Putin's troops intervene in Ukraine. That was the headline in a newspaper in the UK this week. The agreement states that the three countries will refrain from the threat or use of force against Ukraine. This agreement came about as a way of persuading Ukraine to give up its vast nuclear arsenal to Russia for dismantling. Ukraine was part of the USSR so ended up with the third largest nuclear arsenal in the world. It would only surrender these weapons if it felt protected. America and Britain in effect promised to protect Ukraine from aggression. This is why Ukraine this week asked these two countries to help. UK Prime minister's belief in Israel 'unbreakable' David Cameron has said his belief in Israel is "unbreakable" while urging the country's politicians to pursue a deal with Palestinians to bring "an end of all conflict". He told Israelis to imagine "what this land would be like if a two-state solution was actually achieved". "We back the compromises needed - including the halt to settlement activity and an end to Palestinian incitement too. And we recognise the difficult and courageous decisions both sides are taking, not least with Prime Minister Netanyahu's decision to release terrorist prisoners, with all the anguish that can bring for affected families,” he said. He said that peace would not only bring security, but also deliver "extraordinary" economic benefits for the Israeli and Palestinians by enabling them to work together and forge international trade and business links. He talks like he supports Israel but his support is dependent on Israel dividing the land in two. He asks Israel to imagine what would be like living with two states. By backing this Cameron is breaking God’s everlasting covenant of giving the land to the Jews. But notice what he focused on – THE MONEY! Think about the extraordinary ECONOMIC BENEFITS says Cameron. The message is…Don’t worry about God and the land he has promised you (has given you) just think how rich you will be. Britain was once driven by belief that the land was the Jews. The British Balfour Declaration declared that Israel would become the homeland for the Jews. There was no mention on economics back then! Britain is Tarshish in the Bible. It says Britain would help Jews return to their land. But it also says that in the last days Britain would “commit fornication with all the kingdoms on earth”. 4. David Cameron welcomes first gay marriages Gay marriage will make British society stronger, David Cameron has insisted as an historic change to the meaning of matrimony comes into effect. Mr Cameron said the introduction of same-sex marriage in England and Wales - after a debate which bitterly divided his own party and pitted church against state - was a tribute to “the sort of country we are”. Writing in PinkNews, the gay and lesbian website, he said the redefinition of marriage was in keeping with Britain’s “proud traditions of respect, tolerance and equal worth”. But opponents of the change said it had “ripped up” the centuries-old understanding of marriage and divided the country. New polling seen by The Telegraph also shows that the issue could cost the Conservatives significant votes in the local and European elections in May. We read in Isaiah 24 of the final judgement of the entire world. One of the 3 accusations is (as one modern version says) the people have “twisted God’s instructions”. 5. Queen meets Pope Francis for first time at Vatican The Queen has met Pope Francis for the first time, during a one-day visit to the Italian capital, Rome. The meeting in the Vatican was described as a private one and pomp and protocol were kept to a minimum. Earlier, the Queen and Prince Philip had lunch with the Italian President, Giorgio Napolitano, and his wife Clio at the Quirinal Palace. The Queen gave the Pontiff a hamper of British produce and received a lapis lazuli orb for baby Prince George. It is the Queen's first foreign trip since a visit to Australia in 2011. The Queen and the Pope exchanged gifts inside the Vatican. Pope Francis gave the Queen a royal orb made of lapis lazuli with a silver cross on top, for her baby great- grandson Prince George. The orb is an emblem of royal power which the ancient Romans used to represent the universe, before it was adapted by Christians who added a cross on top to represent the world under Christianity. This week is was the turn of the Queen. The Queen is more significant than one may imagine. Her Biblical titles would read as follows – Royal ruler of Tarshish, latter day Queen of Sheba, Daughter of Tyre. The Queen is specifically mentioned in Isaiah 23! We are told in v15 that Tyre will be forgotten for 70 years according to the days of one king (Royal ruler). Tyre is NOT referring to ancient Tyre because it was destroyed at the beginning of the chapter. We are told in v6 that Tyre passes to….Tarshish (Britain). Therefore Tyre in v15 exists in Britain. 6. 'UK should get out of the EU,' says former French PM Britain should leave Europe because it is killing the European Union dream, a former French Prime Minister has said. In a blistering attack, Michel Rocard, a grandee of the French Socialist Party who served as premier under Francois Mitterrand, identified Britain as the source of all the EU's problems. "Britain is a great country that has always refused to allow Europe to interfere in its affairs. It has blocked any further integration," he told a French parliamentary magazine. "If they go, it becomes possible to respond to the needs of governing in Europe. Even Germany realises this and demands it. I hope for it a lot because they have prevented it from developing, they killed it.” Mr Rocard, 83, said that it was clear that the "British people want to end with Europe" and are only prevented from leaving the EU by Britain's political and financial classes. "British elites are afraid of the isolation that would result, that may weaken the City of London" he said Daily Telegraph, April 29, 2014 EVENT COMMENT And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. It possible we have still not seen this full development of 10 nations giving their power to Europe (the beast). The UK would not be part of this. Britain may one day leave the European Union. However it is not definite this needs to happen from a prophetical point of view. There are two arguments about Britain’s position in Europe. One is that (as we know) Britain is not part of the European beast system that stands against Christ. Britain is Tarshish and during the Gogian invasion stands with America (young lion) against the armies that invade Israel. Another view is that though all this is true it is possible for Britain to stay in Europe because from a military point of view Britain can still act alone. Isaiah 23 says the London will become like a harlot in the last days and become very wealthy. This is symbolic of Britain adopting European in thinking and becoming godless / obsessed with money. 7. UK one step closer to quitting Europe Britain has moved a step closer to leaving the European Union after David Cameron declared “war” on Brussels over the nomination of Jean-Claude Juncker. Keeping Britain in the EU “has got harder”, the Prime Minister said, after he was outvoted by 26 to two in his attempt to prevent Mr Juncker becoming the European Commission president. The result emboldened Eurosceptic MPs and Ukip supporters who want to leave the EU. However, Mr Cameron said he would wage a “long, tough fight” to reform Brussels before campaigning for Britain to remain in the EU in an in-out referendum he has promised to hold in 2017. The Prime Minister said the decision to nominate Mr Juncker, an arch-federalist facing questions about his drinking habits, represented “a sad day for the EU”. Mr Cameron said: “The European Council know that I’m deadly serious about EU reform. I’ve said I’m not going to back down. I won’t. As one UK newspaper put it he bares “considerable responsibility for the flaws in its design which led to the years of economic stagnation and mass unemployment in which the union is still ensnared. He has never shown any public regret or remorse for these problems, however: he appears convinced like the true believer in some arcane faith that Europe’s “ever-closer integration” must be driven forward relentlessly, whatever the political, social and economic costs.” And that is the issue for Britain. Europe’s vision is ever closer union – giving up sovereign power. For Europe its about an ideology – a uniting of the continent. For Britain its just about the money. If we can be more wealthy then being in Europe is a price worth paying. That price though as just gone up!

8. Queen names new Royal Navy aircraft carrier The UK's largest warship marks "a new phase in our naval history", the Queen has said, as the vessel was officially named in her honour at a ceremony at Fife's Rosyth Dockyard. A bottle of whisky was smashed on the hull of the 65,000-tonne HMS Queen Elizabeth - the first of two new Royal Navy aircraft carriers being built. The Red Arrows flew over the dockyard before the ship was officially named. First Sea Lord Admiral George Zambellas said the ship was "fit for a Queen”. "HMS Queen Elizabeth will be a national instrument of power and a national symbol of authority," he said in a speech. "That means she will be a national icon too, all the while keeping the great in Great Britain and the royal in Royal Navy.” Addressing the audience, the Queen said the "innovative and first class" warship, the largest ever to be built in the UK, ushered in an "exciting new era”. “I believe the Queen Elizabeth will be a source of inspiration and pride for us all," she said. Those were the two words repeated over and again during the ceremony of the launch of HMS QUEEN ELIZABETH. It is Britain’s largest and most powerful warship ever built. God hates pride. Interestingly the Bible has a lot to say about British ships! In the Bible Britain is known as Tarshish. The phrase “ships of Tarshish” occurs 6 times. Almost all of them are connected to them being broken because of PRIDE! Britain has become rich and proud. And yet has become godless and rejected God’s laws and his ways. Britain will be judged for this. HMS Queen Elizabeth is not going to succeed. Her pride will be based. Judgement is coming on the ships of Tarshish. Let us remain humble before God.

9. Germany asks CIA chief in Berlin to leave country Germany today asked the CIA's station chief in Berlin to leave the country in a dramatic rebuke to Washington after its security services uncovered two cases of alleged American spying in a week. The American intelligence official was told he was no longer welcome in a public signal of Angela Merkel's fury over US spying on Germany. It is highly unusual for a European ally to oust a CIA station chief and the move is the most dramatic response from Germany since it was disclosed last year that the NSA was monitoring Mrs Merkel's phone. "The representative of the US intelligence services at the United States embassy has been asked to leave Germany," a German government spokesman said. The two alleged cases of American espionage in Germany have added a new chill to the already-strained relationship between Washington and Berlin on intelligence matters. Even without Bible in hand it must be clear to anyone who is watching that things are spiralling out of control. The whole of the world is on the brink. The vortex ultimately of course will be Jerusalem. But all the events described above lead us to Armageddon. War comes about when trust is broken and communication fails. If God was not in control the future of the earth would be total destruction. But God is in control. Although Armageddon is coming Jesus will intervene. Peace will come after the conflict...

10. he Britain and America implicate Russia in Flight MH17 missile attack Britain and America have implicated Russia in the “unspeakable” missile attack on Flight MH17 as diplomatic relations reached their lowest point since the Cold War. Barack Obama, the US president, described the deaths of nearly 300 people as an “outrage” as he issued a stark warning to Vladimir Putin, his Russian counterpart, for supporting the separatists who are thought to have fired the missile. David Cameron, the Prime Minister, said it was an “appalling, shocking, horrific” incident and added that “those responsible must be held to account”. Both leaders called for Mr Putin to allow the crash site to be “properly investigated” amid reports that armed separatists were denying investigators access. There is a massive provocation going to come from UK/US against Russia BIBLE QUOTE (Daniel 11:40) Things are getting out of control. Russia has supplied powerful weapons to the rebels in eastern Ukraine. It is believed that BUK missile system destroyed the passenger jet killing 300 innocent people this week. The BUK missile launcher is Russian made and looks like a large tank. You certainly couldn’t just buy one of these on the black market. Russia must have supplied it to the rebels. In fact there are pictures of a BUK missile launcher driving around eastern Ukraine over the last few weeks. The shooting down of this plane suddenly changes things. Many nationalities were killed including British and American. Apparently Putin has been refusing to accept calls from David Cameron. America is now considering even greater sanctions. Meanwhile Russia blames the Ukrainian government for these unfolding events. This shocking event undoubtedly will bring to breaking point the relations between Russia and America. The king of the north (Russia) and the king of the south (UK/US) are pushing at each other…

11. Russia threatens to hit British companies in 'retaliation' for sanctions Russia has issued a threat to seize the assets of British companies including BP and Shell as a retaliation against David Cameron’s demand for tough sanctions. In a mounting war of words, a senior diplomatic source claimed Moscow would “fight back” against any industry-wide EU sanctions by putting British companies working in Russian oil on the frontline. “We want friendly relations. We will go along as far as we can. Then we will retaliate,” the figure said. The official measures will include seizing the assets of British firms, adding: “BP and Shell have a lot of assets in Russia.” The two firms have major partnerships with Russia energy firms Gazprom and Rosneft. In March, senators loyal to Mr Putin proposed freezing the assets of European and American companies in Russia, in response to Western sanctions imposed on Kremlin figures responsible for the annexation of Crimea. This mighty nation was originally Babylon. In a latter day context its Russia. Alexander Yakovenko, the Russian ambassador, in a combative press conference, warned of a new economic collapse if Western sanctions went ahead, saying they “may well trigger the long-anticipated end-game of the present global crisis.” So what does he mean “the long-anticipated end-game”? He is implying that there will be a final showdown between Russia and the West. The two countries that are pushing hardest on Russia are Britain and America. The Russian ambassador (just quoted) said that “Britain is the most difficult and hostile country in the EU towards Moscow.” Many headlines are saying “Britain PUSHING for new sanctions on Russia.” We think of Daniel 11v40. NATO must respond to Russia: Cameron NATO must rethink its long-term relationship with Russia and strengthen the alliance's ability to respond quickly to any threat, British Prime Minister David Cameron said Saturday. NATO needs to sustain a "robust" defensive presence in eastern Europe, Cameron wrote in a letter to the alliance's Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, and the 27 other NATO country leaders. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization also needs to beef up its response force of rapidly deployable land, sea, air and special operations troops, he said. With six weeks to go before Britain hosts the NATO summit in Newport, south Wales, Cameron said he wanted to use the meeting to agree a tougher policy towards Moscow, which would send a message that NATO member states would not be intimidated. ” In 2014, the world is more unpredictable than ever and we meet at another pivotal moment in the history of the alliance," Cameron wrote Associated Press, August 1, 2014 EVENT COMMENT Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.This stage 2 war is about SPOIL – see Ezekiel 38.12. Jerusalem is left a ruin in this war. In Zechariah 12:6 Jerusalem survives. We are seeing the preparations of the king of the north (Russia) to come down into the Middle East. We are also seeing the king of the south (US / UK) pushing at Russia over Ukraine. The UK prime minster this week warned of complacency in regards to Russia. He said we should be rearming and preparing for further conflicts with Russia. So what of the Russian conflict of Ezekiel 38? This is stage 2 and comes hot on the heels of the conclusion of stage 1. Stage 2 is detailed in Zechariah 14 and the nations are detailed in Ezekiel 38. Notice how in Zechariah 14 there is no mention of “nearby nations”. Notice in v2 they come to take a “spoil”. Notice (unlike Zechariah 12) that Jerusalem is captured and becomes a ruin. Zechariah 14 is the outer ring of nations that descend into vacuum left by the stage 1 conflict. 13. he Lights go out as UK remembers WWI Lights across Britain will be switched off for an hour on Monday in a tribute to the dead of World War One inspired by the prophetic observation of then-Foreign Minister Lord Grey on the eve of war 100 years ago. "The lamps are going out all over Europe," Lord Grey said in 1914. "We shall not see them lit again in our lifetime.” Landmarks like Trafalgar Square will go dark from 10pm as people across the country switched off all but a single light in their homes for an hour. The "war to end all wars" spread carnage across Europe, especially northern France and Belgium, killing 17 million soldiers and civilians in 1914-18. One million of the dead were soldiers from Britain and its then empire. Mr Cameron and Prince William, second-in-line to the throne, attended 100th anniversary ceremonies in Scotland and Belgium on Monday. Speaking at an event in Liege, William paid tribute to those who died as he noted that the current fighting in Ukraine showed instability continued to stalk Europe. Is there significance to 100 years? Numbers are highly significant in the Bible. The number 10 and multiples of 10 eg 10 x 10 (100) or 10 x 10 x 10 (1000) are symbolic of fullness without it reaching its totality. The woman has 10 silver coins and searched until she found the lost coin. There were 100 sheep but one got lost and had to be found. The reign of Christ is 1000 years. All these numbers are to do with fullness or completeness of something. It is possible that the world is reaching its fullness. We know that man’s time is nearly up. We know that God will intervene by sending his Son. We also know that however awful the first world war was it is nothing compared to what is coming. The final judgement for everyone…

14. he UK: Islamic State is "threat to civilisation" Philip Hammond the UK Foreign Secretary described the Islamic State as a "threat to civilisation to the region and to us here in Europe" today as he confirmed that Britain was prepared to arm Kurdish fighters in Iraq. "The UK has said we will also consider favourably any requests for supplies of arms," the foreign secretary said. "We are already shipping ammunition and supplies from other East European countries into Erbil.” France, Britain, Germany and Italy today pledged to step up humanitarian aid to help refugees in Iraq, following an emergency meeting of European foreign ministers in Brussels. BIBLE QUOTE (Isaiah 14:24-25) The world is beginning to wake up to the terror of this new group that almost overnight have setup a so-called Islamic State. The horror and savagery of this people is beyond comprehension. They are beheading children, crucifying adults and appear to be fearless in their goals. We have mentioned that the territory they now control is almost identical to the territory of the ancient Assyrians – who themselves were as vicious and brutal as these people. Why have they suddenly appeared and to what purpose? And does the Bible speak about these events? Assyria of course was used by God originally to bring punishment on the wicked northern kingdom of Israel. We know that judgements are coming on Israel in two stages. Stage 1 involves the surrounding nations which we are told include Assyria. Stage 2 involves an outer ring of nations that come against Israel i.e. Russia, Iran etc. ISIS therefore is part of stage one…

15. he Britain facing 'greatest terrorist threat' in history Britain faces the “greatest and deepest” terror threat in the country’s history, David Cameron warned as he pledged emergency measures to tackle extremists. The UK threat level was raised to “severe” — its second highest — meaning that a terrorist attack is “highly likely” in light of the growing danger from British jihadists returning from Iraq and Syria. The Prime Minister said that the risk posed by Isil (the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) will last for “decades” and raised the prospect of an expanding terrorist nation “on the shores of the Mediterranean”. He disclosed that Isil had made “specific” threats against the UK and did not rule out military action to tackle the growing problem. More than 500 Britons are believed to have gone to Iraq and Syria and at least half have returned, with some feared to be planning attacks here. One major plot has been foiled. Deutsche Bank warns a vote for independence would be a historic mistake as the Chancellor and the Bank of England's Governor disclose they have pulled out of next weekend's G20 meeting to prepare for the aftermath. Britain faces a period of severe economic turbulence if Scotland votes for independence next week, economists warned, as the prospect of a Yes vote threatened a new financial crisis. A report from a respected financial advisory firm said that investors were already pulling money out of the UK at the fastest pace since the "credit crisis" of 2008. Daily Telegraph, September 12, 2014 COMMENT Cont… Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? Why does the Bible have to add the phrase “the merchants” It could have just said “Tarshish”. Is it because the merchants describe a group of people separated within the nation? BIBLE QUOTE We also read in Isaiah 23 that Tyre will “pass over” to Tarshish. Tyre was the capital city of the Phoenicians who traded with Tarshish for tin! Tyre was an incredible trading city, trading around the whole of the then known world. But Tyre was destroyed by Nebuchadnezzar and later Alexander the Great as God foretold. Why did this happen? Because Tyre became proud and also turned against the Jews. So how does a capital city in Phoenicia move to Britain? It did so symbolically. Tyre was re-established in Britain. Britain became a great trading nation like the Phoenicians. They setup colonies around the world like they did. And London became the equivalent of Tyre. A capital city controlling an empire and trading with colonies around the world. But Britain, once supportive of the Jews has turned against them and also rejected the Bible. In fact latter day “Tyre has become like a harlot.” See Isaiah 23:15. Latter day Tyre (London) we are told in verse 18 will not keep her wealth – it will not be stored up. The riches therefore of Tyre will come to an end. So judgement is coming on Tyre (London). We are also told of this in Psalm 2:11-16. God will once more judge the ships of Tarshish for being proud when the day of the Lord comes. So could the possible break-up of the UK be the beginning of this judgement? Quite possibly. And there is more… We have long quoted from Ezekiel 38:13 about the “merchants of Tarshish” who oppose Gog (Russian leader). But WHY does it say uniquely in the Bible “the MERCHANTS of Tarshish”? Why not just say “Tarshish”? Is this a reference to a specific group of people WITHIN Tarshish? The word “merchant” means “trader”. The centre of trade is still in latter day Tyre – London. Are we being told that Tarshish is broken at this point? It is not Tarshish standing as a whole against Gog but only a group within Tarshish…. 18. This is the week when the enormity of a possible Yes victory started to come home. The past few days’ polls have made clear that Scottish independence is a real possibility. From currency to elections, counter-terrorism to the Queen, England would be transformed. We could see political apocalypse. 21. he Britain joins fight against Islamic State Group Britain is poised to join the war against Isil after Parliament overwhelmingly backed air strikes targeting the terrorists in Iraq. David Cameron said there was a “strong case” for extending the air strikes into Syria. He warned that the war against the “psychopathic” Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (Isil) was likely to last for “years”. During an emergency session of Parliament on Friday, Conservative, Liberal Democrat and Labour MPs largely united as they voted 524 to 43 in favor of joining military action in Iraq. The air strikes were supported by the Archbishop of Canterbury, who said the West must offer a “vision of hope” to counter Isil’s “endless darkness”. Last night, six RAF Tornados based in Cyprus were poised to strike targets in Iraq within hours. The military intervention marks the third war in Iraq involving British personnel in the past 25 years. Daily Telegraph, September 26, 2014 EVENT COMMENT The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap. The cities of Aroer are forsaken: they shall be for flocks, which shall lie down, and none shall make them afraid. The emergency vote this week in the UK to go to war with ISIS was specifically to attack targets in Iraq only. But David Cameron made clear that Syria is next on the list. Many commentators expect another vote at some point which will bring Britain’s firepower against ISIS targets in Syria. Syria is extremely interesting from a Bible prophecy point of view. We know that Damascus must cease to be a city at some point. We know that Syria itself is the original king of the north. We know that Syria is not mentioned in Ezekiel 38. Therefore something happens to Syria BEFORE Russia invades. The events with ISIS could lead to a wider conflict with Syria in the future. Britain’s House of Commons voted in favour of recognizing a Palestinian state late Monday in a move that will not alter the government's stance on the issue, but that carries symbolic value for Palestinians in their pursuit of statehood. Lawmakers in Britain's lower house of parliament voted by 274 to 12 to pass a non- binding motion stating: "That this House believes that the Government should recognize the state of Palestine alongside the state of Israel as a contribution to securing a negotiated two-state solution." Britain does not classify "Palestine" as a state, but says it could do so at any time if it believed it would help peace efforts between the Palestinians and Israel. Government ministers were told to abstain and the non-binding vote will not force Britain to recognise a Palestinian state. 23. he Britain will not pay extra £1.7bn for EU budget David Cameron has said Britain will refuse to pay a “completely unacceptable” bill of £1.7billion to the European Union. The Prime Minister hit out at the bill and spoke of his anger at the “appalling” way Britain has been treated by the European Commission. He said that “it certainly doesn’t help” the chances of Britain remaining in the EU after an in-out referendum due to be held in 2017. A visibly furious Mr Cameron said: “I'm not paying that bill on December 1. It is not going to happen.” The UK was on Thursday ambushed with a demand from the European Commission for the extra money because Britain’s economy has performed better than other economies in Europe since 1995. Speaking in Brussels, Mr Cameron said: "This is completely unacceptable. It is an appalling way to behave. I am not paying that bill on December 1. She will return to her lucrative prostitution and will ply her trade with all the kingdoms on the face of the earth. Yet her profit and her earnings will be set apart for the Lord. BIBLE QUOTE (Isaiah 23:17-18) In January 2013, British Prime Minister David Cameron promised an "in/out" referendum on British membership of the European Union in 2017, after a period of renegotiation with the EU, if the Conservative Party wins an outright majority at the next General Election, expected in 2015. 24. Germany 'would accept UK exit from EU' Chancellor Angela Merkel has reportedly warned David Cameron she would rather see the UK leave the EU than compromise over the principle of free movement. Der Spiegel news magazine quotes German government sources as saying she feared the UK was near a "point of no return”. Chancellor George Osborne dismissed the story as speculation about how Germany may react to a future UK policy shift. But he insisted ministers would act in the national interest in addressing public concerns about immigration. He told BBC Breakfast that concerns about abuses of the benefit system were causing "great unhappiness" but the UK would approach future negotiations in a "calm and rational" way. Mr Cameron wants to renegotiate the terms of the UK's continued membership before holding an in-out referendum. The big issue for the UK is immigration. Many people do not see how Britain can sustain the enormous of numbers of new people coming into the country. Apparently David Cameron wants to ban migrants who do not have a job, and to deport those who are unable to support themselves after three months. Europe will not allow this. Europe’s project is one about recreating Babel. Uniting people who would normally be divided by language. Creating one superstate under one religion. The Bible talks about this. 25. Cameron compares Russia to Nazi Germany David Cameron has compared Russia to Nazi Germany because of its actions in Ukraine on the eve of a tense meeting with Vladimir Putin. Mr Cameron will on Saturday night challenge Mr Putin about Russia’s continued acts of aggression in Ukraine as it supplies heavy weapons and tanks to the separatists. In a reference to World War II, Mr Cameron said that the world must “learn the lessons of history” and intervene to stop “a larger state bullying a smaller state”. He said: "Russian action in Ukraine is unacceptable. We have to be clear about what we are dealing with. It is a large state bullying a smaller state in Europe. "We have seen the consequences of that in the past and we should learn the lessons of history and make sure we don't let it happen again." Gulf states including Bahrain have found common ground with the United States and European powers in opposing Islamic State militants, and its crown prince on Friday urged war on "evil theocracy". The country is part of a US-led coalition carrying out airstrikes on the extremist group, which has carved out vast areas of control in Syria and Iraq. "Bahrain looks forward to the early implementation of today's arrangement, and to continuing to work with the UK and other partners to address threats to regional security," Khalid said. David Cameron's new government four years ago made reviving Britain's old alliance with the Gulf states the key priority of its foreign policy. This is exactly what the Bible says would happen.
