Grading Criteria of Applications Preliminary Assessment of the project (figure in parentheses is the maximum score on each criteria):  The Project should correspond to the purposes of the Competition, according to the Sec. 2.1 of the Regulations (10);  Value of expected results of student's initiative for HSE and society (10);  Analysis of social issue that could be solved by the Project, justification of the chosen solution with an analysis of risks of project realization (10);  Justification of expenditures (10);  Relevance of the action plan and implementation schedule (10). Assessment of the actual pitch (oral defense) (figure in parentheses is the maximum score on each criteria):  The project's participants should have relevant experience of successful implementation of such student initiatives or of participation in social projects (15);  Availability of resources for the implementation of the Project, including the possibility of co-financing by legal entities and individuals (15);  Quality of the promotion plan of student's initiative (5);  Support of the Project by voting of students, graduates and staff of HSE (10);  Quality of the Project Presentation (5).
