3. Two (2) copies of PS05 to be supplied to each Polling Station

4. D.C.R.C.
On Poll day R.O./A.R.O.
should collect the ‘voter turn out report’ from Presiding Officer in prescribed PS05 form,
check whether properly filled or not and then
after complete satisfaction should release Presiding Officer on giving an acknowledgement
These PS05 forms will be sent to Computer Section for compilation of A05 form
one copy of A05 duly signed by ARO must be handed over to Observer present at DCRC/Counting centre

5. Compiled A05 form should be sent to R.O. for compiling P05 form

7. Counting Hall On the Counting day R.O./A.R.O. should compile P07 form
blank copy should be given for Round wise counting
result to respective Halls
send Round wise Report in P07 format on the Counting
day by Fax/ from the Counting Hall
R.O. should fill directly the Final Result in P09 format &
Send a copy of the same to the C.E.O. by Fax /
