Interviews Half hour to half day Variety of topics, concentration on current use and needs – What functionality the groups had tried in the past – What their applications need today from infrastructure – What functionality the groups were considering for near- future plans – What functionality the group thought was most important but lacking in today’s tools or services Didn’t use structured interview – Differences in background made this ineffective – Most interviews covered similar material
