1 School Blazer: A school blazer is available for Year 11-13 students and students who represent the school’s premiere teams. Available from Paparoa Drapery Dress Uniform: This must be worn by all students representing the school. Please enquire at the office for details. Extras: School regulation navy caps, grey beanies, multi striped scarves and school tie. All these items are available through the school office. OTAMATEA HIGH SCHOOL UNIFORM Girls (Years 7 - 12) Blouse: Jersey: Shorts: Trousers: Skirt: Hose: Socks: Shoes: Jacket: Hats: Hair: Scarves: Jewellery: Button-up blue shirt (compulsory from 2017) Royal blue V-neck monogrammed jersey Choose between shorts or trousers Grey westpoint drill, hardwearing, action waist, twin pleats, fly, two pockets, long leg. Grey polyviscose blend, hardwearing, belt loop, twin pleats, two pockets, adjustable waistband. Mid-grey, three quarter length, with royal blue stripe. Plain, black polishable lace up shoes with black laces, black soles and flat heels or, black roman sandals. Navy blue OHS monogrammed showerproof Jacket School regulation beanie or cap. Caps and beanies must not be worn inside. School regulation scarf only. Must not be worn inside. Natural hair colours only No jewellery except watches, plain gold or silver studs (one per ear only). No facial piercing. Taonga if worn must not be visible. Black opaque tights or black pantihose – with shoes only White ankle socks only. Plain, black polishable lace up shoes with black laces, black soles and flat heels, fully black sandal with one back strap eg: slave sandals or black roman sandals. Taonga if worn must not be visible Year 7-12 Uniform can be purchased from Paparoa Drapery, Main Road Paparoa. Phone 09 4317-306 The blue shirt/blouse may be worn by all students at all year levels. Years 7-10 may wear the monogrammed white or grey marle polo shirt as an option for 2015/2016. The monogrammed jersey / and or school jacket may be worn by all students at all year levels. Years 7-8 may wear the blue sweatshirt as an option for 2015/2016. All students must be in school uniform. If they have a note from their parent/caregiver excusing them for short term variations they may be directed to the Uniform Exchange where non- uniform items will be exchanged for a uniform item, on loan. In cooler months students may add a plain black cardigan(girls) or plain black jacket (boys) Year 13 students will wear the school dress uniform on school assembly days and other important occasions such as Open Day, Reporoa Exchange and when representing the school.
