5. Ⅱ. Installation Installation of Bom-Viewer Plus for Windows XP/Vista
1-1. Program Installation (BVPlus)
Install Wizard for BVPlus start. Click ‘NEXT’ to continue installation.
Click ‘Setup.exe' to install BVPlus
To install BVPlus to the designated folder, Click ‘NEXT’.
To install BOM-Viewer to a different folder, click ‘BROWSE’ and select a folder.
Enter the serial number on CD case.

6. Ⅱ. Installation Installation of BVPlus for Windows XP/Vista
1-2. Program Installation (BVPlus)
The installation automatically starts.
Select the folder.
Click ‘FINISH’ after the installation is completed.
BV icon is created.

8. III. How to use 1. Start BOM-Viewer Plus 2. Activate the Scope
Click ‘BV’ icon to start BOM-Viewer program on your PC.
2. Activate the Scope
Freezer button: control the stop images and activated screen
To activate the camera mode, click the screen on the main page or press the freezer button on the scope.

9. III. How to use 3. Registration of customer information
1. Click ‘Add’ and input the customer information.
2. Click the small screen to activate camera mode, and take a photo of the customer with the scope (by softly pressing the freezer button on the top of the scope).
3. Input the customer’s information. Then click ‘OK’ to save the data.
4. When the customer information is saved, select the saved customer on the list left and click ‘OK’ to move to the main screen.
5. If you want to edit the customer information, click ‘EDIT’.

1. Click any screen to activate the camera mode or press the freezer button on the scope.
2. To take a photo, the light of the scope must be turned on. Check if it’s on. If not, press the light button to turn the light on.
3. If you want to see the image on bigger screen, click icon. If you want to see the image on full screen, click icon.

11. III. How to use 5. Take photo – 4 Divided Screen mode and Saving image
1. Click any screen to activate the camera mode or press the freezer button on the scope.
2. To take a photo, the light of the scope must be turned on. Check if it’s on. If not, press the light button to turn the light on.
3. If you want to see the image on bigger screen, click icon. If you want to see the image on full screen, click icon.
4. After captured image, press the “SAVE” button.

12. III. How to use 6. Take photo – Enlarged screen mode and saved image
1. Focus with zoom ring and take photo with freezer button on the scope.
2. And then, you can fill in ‘PHOTO AREA’ and your ‘COMMENT’ for the photo as above.
3. The photo area and your comment are shown on the photo in the 4
division screen mode when you click icon.
Photo Area & Comment are shown on the photo. When you click icon again, the text disappears.

13. III. How to use 7. Move to next screen 8. Select samples
To move to and activate the other screens, click any part of the screen you want to move.

1. Select the mode between SKIN SAMPLE and HAIR SAMPLE.
2. Select a skin type among acne, dry, ideal, pigmentation, etc.
3. You can see the samples of each skin type.
4. Select a sample photo most similar to the customer’s.

14. III. How to use 9. Comparison to sample photos – Skin Sample
1. Select the samples of each skin type.
2. Compare the sample photos most similar to the customer’s.
3. When you click the sample photo, a pop-up window comes up with magnified sample photo and descriptions. You can get some useful tips and information as well.
10. Comparison to sample photos – Hair & Scalp Sample
You can also select HAIR SAMPLE mode.
BOM-VIEWER also provides various sample photos of hair & scalp type.

1. You can save the customer’s photo by clicking icon
2. You can recall the saved photo or other images by clicking icon.

1. If you want to delete the recorded photos of the customer, choose one or more and click ‘DEL’
2. To start a new test, click ‘CUSTOMER INFORMATION’ again.
3. To close the program, click ‘EXIT’. All the photos you have taken are automatically saved.

1. Select icon to use pencil function. On the CAM mode, whenever you click the screen
2. Choose the color of the pencil, and you can draw or write.

– Maximize the photo in full screen mode
– Show & withdraw saved texts
- Open images saved in your PC
- Save the photo in jpg or bmp format
- Erase anything marked by pencil function
- Zoom in. Change to enlarged screen
- Zoom out. Change to 4 divided screen mode
