1. Rev.Fr Mario Imperial A Roman Catholic Priest for 44 years now. He has been committed to Missionary work in Uganda for 34 years. He spent 15 years in Bunyoro,4 in Gulu,15 in Buganda and 10 years in Europe. Has served in Masindi,Bunyoro and Gulu as a parish priest. He has keen interest in education not only because he was a Teacher in the seminary in Italy but also due to the fact that he believes everything begins with education. No wonder he is actively involved in the day to day activities of the St.Kizito Schools in Bugolobi-Mbuya Parish. He is proud to be in the shoes of Rev.Fr.Joseph Archetti as regards Reach Out Mbuya Parish HIV/AIDS Initiative (ROM) and totally supports the vision of helping the most poor to give hope to those who do not have it. For humanity to receive the care they deserve. The Holistic Approach to Fr. Mario is excellent to offer, including the spiritual path. Fr. serves as the chairman Board of Directors ROM for 2 years now and at he same time as Parish priest Our Lady of Africa Mbuya Catholic Church for 12 years now.

2. Dr Stella Alamo Talisuna Masters degree in Disease Control (MDC). IPH/CDC/HIV/AIDS Fellow 2004/6. Pursuing a PHD in Health Systems. Active medical officer in a number of Hospitals, and related Health facilities. Reach Out Executive Director since June 2006. Serves as the secretary to the board.

3. Mr. Protazio Kintu

4. Mr. Matthias Nalyanya Matthias is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all Courts of Judicature in the Republic of Uganda. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree of Makerere University, a Diploma in Legal Practice of the Law Development Centre and a Masters of Laws Degree in Commercial Law and Corporate Law from the London School of Economics (LSE), University of London. He practices law in Uganda and is a partner in the law firm of Lex Uganda Advocates and solicitors. His areas of specialization are commercial and corporate law, taxation, project finance, investment, international business transactions, privatization, procurement of public infrastructure projects including oil and power. He advises several leading corporate entities in Uganda. He has taught a number of law subjects at the Uganda Management Institute and Uganda Martyrs University where he has served as Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Management.

5. Mr. Aloysius O. Owor Born June 13, 1945, holds a Masters degree in Business Administration Has a professional background spanning 26 years as a management Consultant, specializing in Organisation Development, and Strategic Management Has been a Chief Executive Officer of a Management Development Institution for 13 years.

6. Ms Regina Musoke Bakitte Born March 6, 1966 Regina has BSc Environment Makerere University. Has also studied several management courses.Currently pursuing a Masters in Human Resource Management. A civil servant in Government for up to 12 years in different ministries/offices. Health coordinator Archdiocese of Kampala since 2004

7. Dr Peter Lochoro Born in 1968. A medical doctor with a Masters degree of science in Health Services Management. Five years experience as a medical officer, four of which in Nyakibaale Hospital and one in St.Francis of Raphael Nsambya Hospital. Worked six years as deputy executive secretary of Uganda Catholic Medical Bureau, three years as Technical Advisor to the Country Representative of Doctors with Africa CUAM,a health service NGO and 2 years as Country Representative of the same. His main fields of work include: health programing,health policy,health services management, capacity building especially in areas of hospital performance improvement and measurement.

9. Ms Jacqueline Waluku Born April 28,1966. Has a certificate in primary education from Nyondo Teacher’s College. Is a teacher by profession since 1990. Also holds a certificate in Guidance and counseling from Vision Counseling Centre in Makindye. She represents the Reach Out clients on the Board since 2007.
