15. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Mount Bonding Ring to sump wall Apply DBB V to grooved side of Bonding Ring and smooth out. Tighten threaded nut or stud plate to secure Bonding Ring to sump wall.

16. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Mount Bonding Ring to sump wall Apply DBB V to grooved side of Bonding Ring and smooth out. Tighten threaded nut or stud plate to secure Bonding Ring to sump wall. Clean excess DBB V from Bonding Ring with DBC saturated rag.

17. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Weld the Sleeve to Bonding Ring Apply Zip-Tite® to edge of Bonding Ring.

18. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Weld the Sleeve to Bonding Ring Apply Zip-Tite® to edge of Bonding Ring. Apply Zip-Tite® to inside of Sleeve.

19. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Weld the Sleeve to Bonding Ring Apply Zip-Tite® to edge of Bonding Ring. Apply Zip-Tite® to inside of Sleeve. Snap Sleeve on Bonding Ring with fill port at top and clamp at wall.

20. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Dry fit Eccentric Insert and Multi- Sync Reducer into Sleeve

21. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Dry fit Eccentric Insert and Multi- Sync Reducer into Sleeve Mark position of the parts.

22. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Dry fit Eccentric Insert and Multi- Sync Reducer into Sleeve Mark position of the parts. Apply Zip-Tite® to inside of Sleeve and outside of Eccentric Insert.

23. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Dry fit Eccentric Insert and Multi- Sync Reducer into Sleeve Mark position of the parts. Apply Zip-Tite® to inside of Sleeve and outside edge of Eccentric Insert.

24. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Dry fit Eccentric Insert and Multi- Sync Reducer into Sleeve Mark position of the parts. Apply Zip-Tite® to inside of Sleeve and outside edge of Eccentric Insert. Position insert with mark on Sleeve.

25. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Apply Zip-Tite® inside of Eccentric Insert and to outside edge of Multi-Sync Reducer

26. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Apply Zip-Tite® inside of Eccentric Insert and to outside edge of Multi-Sync Reducer. Position Reduce with mark on Eccentric Insert.

27. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Apply Zip-Tite® inside of Eccentric Insert and to outside edge of Multi-Sync Reducer. Position Reduce with mark on Eccentric Insert. Insure proper insertion with no gaps at bottom and clamp to pipe.

28. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Apply Zip-Tite® inside of Eccentric Insert and to outside edge of Multi-Sync Reducer. Position Reduce with mark on Eccentric Insert. Insure proper insertion with no gaps at bottom and clamp to pipe. Apply Zip-Tite® around the joints and let cure 30 minutes.

29. Multi-Sync Repair DPM Assemble Multi-Sync Apply Zip-Tite® inside of Eccentric Insert and to outside edge of Multi-Sync Reducer. Position Reduce with mark on Eccentric Insert. Insure proper insertion with no gaps at bottom and clamp to pipe. Apply Zip-Tite® around the joints.
