Click to edit Master title style The Adkins Project … and the third little pig made his home from concrete treated with FIBERMESH ®. No huffing and puffing will blow this house down!

Click to edit Master title style Concrete Footers / Foundation Approximately 220 linear feet of footer 24-28” in width by 24-26” thick reinforced with No. 4 bars and Fibermesh 650 at 3.0 lb treatment per cubic yard. The FM650 fiber provided added benefits such as toughness around the rebar matrix including reduction in water migration, drying and plastic shrinkage cracking, and 100% positive placement of reinforcement everywhere in this home’s foundation. The Fibermesh reputation is built on sound quality products. Shouldn’t your home be too? Not just fibers – Fibermesh!

Click to edit Master title style Concrete Poured in Place Walls Approximately 150 linear feet of wall 4” in width reinforced with # 4 rebar and Novomesh 950 dosed at 5 lb per cubic yard. The N950 fiber reinforces the concrete matrix around the rebar for100% positive placement of reinforcement in all areas of the concrete walls, even where the rebar is not located.

The fiber seemed to prevent the mix from traditionally running down the length of the form and provided a more consistent slump for ease of pumping and distributing.”

Click to edit Master title style Concrete Retaining Wall The poured in place retaining wall was reinforced with an engineered blend of Fibermesh 650 and Novomesh 950 macro synthetic fibers. The structural integrity of this concrete wall is designed upfront to prevent early crack formations and deflective lateral forces from heavy earthwork. This is not a wall, but a FIBERMESH structure !

Click to edit Master title style Concrete Basement Slab Fibermesh 650 used at typical dosage rate of 3-4 pounds per cubic yard will exceed any reinforcement that homebuilders will prescribe for residential slab on grade. Rest as ease….its not just fibers, it’s FIBERMESH. No need for welded wire fabric or rebar here!

Click to edit Master title style Concrete Patio Fibermesh 150 used in high visible areas will provide protection against early crack forces while keeping the fiber out of visible sight. You might be the only one who knows that fibers where used, but you cannot hide the structural integrity of the work. No unauthorized cracking here!

Click to edit Master title style Concrete Porch Novomesh 950 was used in the porch deck. This particular deck application also serves as a barrier over a safe room that the owners had installed. Knowing that the fibers are properly positioned for impact resistance will insure the owner’s family safety will not be comprised. Not just fibers…. a FIBERMESH barrier!

Click to edit Master title style Concrete Driveways With FIBERMESH, be assured of a crack-free slab for years! Fibermesh 300 e3 was selected for f the driveways to provide plastic shrinkage control while added toughness benefits. With a good mix design, sound base, recommended jointing, proper thickness and Fibermesh, you can be assured a crack free slab for years and years!

Click to edit Master title style Concrete Assurance for the Owner Inhibits formation of plastic shrinkage cracks Reduces plastic settlement cracking Increased green strength, first 24 hours Uniform bleeding Reduces Water migration Improves cohesion of concrete Provides impact, abrasion and shatter resistance Resists freeze/thaw scaling Increases flexural fatigue endurance Improved joint integrity at higher addition rates Provides residual strength Provides a level of crack width containment

Click to edit Master title style Concrete Assurance for the Contractor Reinforcement delivered to the job site in the ready mix truck Pumpable reinforcement No obstruction to subbase traffic Ease of placement – quicker truck turns Safe – no trip hazards, no cuts, no scrapes Always positioned in compliance with codes Reduced labor costs Speeds up construction schedule Improved quality of the job Reduced call backs
