10 Unified Sign-On (USO) accounts
They really do make a lot of sense... :) T.Sullivan

11 Why USO? USO gives you access to a wide range of resources both within and outside of school – all with a single username and password.

12 Ease of administration
When new members of staff or student’s details are entered into the MIS (e1), a series of automated processes occurs that greatly eases the workload for school support staff. This also greatly improves the accuracy and consistency of the data held on different systems.

13 Ease of administration
Fronter accounts are created automatically!

14 Ease of administration
StaffMail accounts are created automatically!

15 Ease of administration
LondonMail accounts are created automatically!

16 Ease of administration

17 Ease of administration
The accounts also gives you access to a wide range of other prepaid resources such as LGfL’s Content Grid!

18 Ease of administration
E1 integration at present

19 Text Messaging You can also send text messages to staff, parents and students with your USO account! (fees apply)

20 Secure File Exchange You can send sensitive data securely and meet all the tough new data governance guidelines by using USO-FX, which you guessed it, is accessible with your USO account!!

21 Storing videos and Postcasts
There are of course many more benefits of implementing USO... To name a few...

22 Help is at hand... As part of the EAZ, we’re willing to offer support to your school and can point you in the right direction with the following: Fronter implementation USO accounts generating from e1 (USO-AutoUpdate) StaffMail implementation LondonMail implmentation USO accounts logging into the school network (USO-ADSync) USO Secure File Exchange (USO-FX) Sending text message via USO (USO-AutoText) e1 migration issues.
