Points to Note:
the plan can be managed avoiding key Olympics/Paralympics dates
Wave 2 completes 21st September giving resources moving from W2 to W3 a 2 week break before W3 mobilisation commences
Mobilisation phase completed as early as possible making UK October school half term a non-critical week
Christmas week (two bank holidays) has been discounted from the plan; wave execution completes one week later than original SC dates but with no impact to the benefits realisation completion date.
The ‘mobilisation phase for non UK teams may be different if key events are required outside of the UK – planning work is underway to understand the international requirements.
