Service price matrix has 20 options for price combinations. Mark up, mark down, set exact price, etc.

New flat rate lets you add items that will automatically insert onto the service order OR allow you to choose from a list of optional items.

Now you can post direct labor to a specific Sale and Cost GL based on activity. Also, specify activity as bill hours only & Include or exclude burden. Expand your accounting for service material and misc expenses by selecting the ‘Service Override’ in the product group.
