2. Do not add content directly to this file. The slides are linked, changing this file breaks the links. Select the “step” you wish to modify on slide 3 and then double click on it; Or right click on it and select, then select. (Title blocks work the same way.) A single slide will open. Make all changes to the individual slide. Select then close. (adding slides will not show in the presentation.) All changes will automatically update in the A3 and on the related slide. If not immediate, then right click and select ; Or save and close the file and then reopen. Select when you open. When finished, you can save all the files in a separate directory or only the one presentation file with out the linked files by selecting the save as option, however you will not be able to make changes unless you reestablish the links.
