Expectations EXPECTATIONS, organized by department of Statistics, Kirori Mal College, marked it’s beginning at a very small scale; however through the years, Expectations has matured to become one of the most eagerly awaited cultural fest in Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, with participants in hundreds and audiences in thousands. Over the years, galaxies of stars have performed for Expectations. Expectations has very well reflected the changes in times, and kept adding various competitions to its portfolio. Participants have had the option of choosing from a variety of events, ranging from literary and musical events, to the contemporary fashion shows and choreography competitions. Expectations has come to embody the spirit of Kirori Mal College. So take the stage with us and lose yourself in the hectic frenzy of celebrations! We assure you that Expectations, this year, will attempt to blend the history with the future as the Department of Statistics is going to organize it’s very first Alumni meet for its distinguished Alumni’s. It will see the amalgamation of the glorious past of KMC along with the future of KMC and it represents KMC in its true avatar.

3. The Department of Statistics is very pleased to conduct It’s very first,Alumni meet in the history of 27 year old department. It will be held on the third day of the fest. A day like this will provide an opportunity to gather all the pass-out students of statistics at one stage.The alumni will be able to meet their batch mates, their former lecturers and other college staff. The aim is to foster a relation between the Alumni and the current students to encourage mentoring program. 6. GATHERING Around 220 students from our own Dept. of Statistics. Around 1800 students from other Departments of KMC and other Colleges. All Cricket and football fans from the D.U. and other colleges. In total over 2200 students are expected to see this event.
