Work together to identify the THREE Secrets your team feels are the most critical and needed in our organization. List them on the flipchart sheet. Finally, 3. Select someone to present your secrets (and why you selected them) to the entire group. 9 minutes.

Then, Work together to come up with one additional action item that you feel would help bring your assigned Secret to life. Record your results on a flipchart sheet. Finally, Select someone to present and explain your additional action item(s) to the entire group. 5 minutes.
