2 What I should do after my admission? o I will start to work on a notarization and translation of my high school diploma (must be done by Czech notary and Czech translator) o http://www.lf1.cuni.cz/en/list-of-notaries-and-translators-in-prague http://www.lf1.cuni.cz/en/list-of-notaries-and-translators-in-prague o I will visit Student Information System to confirm if I will come to the enrollment o I will pay tuition fee

3 Confirmation of presence on enrollment day o Before 1.9.2014 I will confirm if I will come or not to enroll in Student Information System o I will visit this page https://is.cuni.cz/studium/eng/login.php?do=uchahttps://is.cuni.cz/studium/eng/login.php?do=ucha o I will put my Application ID, date of birth and sex to table “Login with ID number (if you already have one)” o I will see my application and I will click on it o There will be my number of points from the test, final result “Admitted“ and details to the enrollment day o “Please fill in following form to help the university” - I will fill that table and Faculty will be able to see if I will come or not

4 Tuition fee o 330 000 CZK for General Medicine o 360 000 CZK for Dentistry o The faculty should get always the full amount of tuition fee latest at the date of enrolment o If you plan to come to study we recommend providing the payment at the latest till 1.9.2014 o Payment in instalments is not accepted in any case! o If the payment is not done, the applicant won’t be enrolled as a regular student of the faculty o More information : http://www.lf1.cuni.cz/en/tuition-fee-2?f=for-applicantshttp://www.lf1.cuni.cz/en/tuition-fee-2?f=for-applicants
