Confirmation of presence on enrollment day o Before 1.9.2014 I will confirm if I will come or not to enroll in Student Information System o I will visit this page https://is.cuni.cz/studium/eng/login.php?do=uchahttps://is.cuni.cz/studium/eng/login.php?do=ucha o I will put my Application ID, date of birth and sex to table “Login with ID number (if you already have one)” o I will see my application and I will click on it o There will be my number of points from the test, final result “Admitted“ and details to the enrollment day o “Please fill in following form to help the university” - I will fill that table and Faculty will be able to see if I will come or not

4. 5.
