2. © 2008 - Platinum Europe SA What is PSE FX Import.NET? It is a module which takes currency exchange rate information from the “European Central Bank” (or the authority of your choice) and injects it in your ERP system. Works by reading an XML file provided by authorities on a daily basis on the web. ( for example http://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-hist-90d.xml ) http://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-hist-90d.xml You can specify the date for which rates should be imported and dates for them to be applied, as well as other important information needed by you ERP. You can override a given rate directly in the application if necessary. The system facilitates the management of cross rates calculation and triangulation between different companies with different accounting currencies (even with overridden rates). FX Import can be interfaced with different ERP solutions, including legacy systems. Next Slide

3. © 2008 - Platinum Europe SA How Does it Work? ERP The application Imports exchange rates through XML provided by authorities for the defined date and currencies. Imported and cross-calculated rates are visible by the user from within the application. If a rate is overridden, cross-calculation will be adapted. Once reviewed, rates are exported directly into the ERP Solution. Next Slide
