2 Introduction A Major Career Decision Format: Lunch & Learn (Panel discussion) Purpose: To assist college students answer two age-old questions, “What major should I choose?” and “What should I do with my life after college?” Many college students choose a major without knowing what career path it with lead them to. This will be a panel of various business professionals to share their story with participants with the goal of giving them more clarity about what career path that a specific major can lead to. How does “A Major Career Decision” add value to Johnson & Johnson? Students indicated their interest in business by committing to FBLA-PBL membership. As our title lies out, we aim to be “Future Business Leaders.” Our members may enter the pipeline to becoming future interns, co-ops, and perhaps be chosen for a Leadership Development Program one day.

3 Agenda 10:30 am – Recommended Arrival Time 10:45 am – Registration begins 11:00 am – Event begins 11:10 am – Words from Frank Kellogg and ICA members & Brief Ice Breaker activity 11:25 am – Introduction of Professionals 11:30 am – Questions lead by President of ICA, Emad Khan 12:30 pm – Lunch 1:15 pm – Farewell and closing words 1:30 pm – Networking 2:30 pm – End of Event

4 Criteria Must be a member of PBL in good standing Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA Must be enrolled in a 4 year university *Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis for exceptional students Application deadline is October 31, 2014 by 5:00pm
