2 AM Arrival is located at the back entrance after 7:30 Morning students are considered tardy after 8:05. It is required for parents to escort students to the front office at this time. Dismissal is at 11:00am located at the back entrance for car riders, walkers, and daycare PM Arrival is located at the back entrance at 12:15 Afternoon students are considered tardy after 12:25 (At this time, please walk in the front office to check your child in.) Dismissal is at 3:00pm located at the back entrance for car riders, walkers and daycare If your Pre-K student has an older sibling at Timbers, he or she will need to be dismissed at 3:05 and will need to report to the back entrance. *Any student who is picked up late more than 2 times will be required to be picked up from an administrator.

3 All arrival and dismissal will be located at the back entrance on rainy days. After a form of transportation has been established for the school year, in need of change, a signed note is required 30 minutes prior to dismissal Please include in the note: The date of pick up Name of Adult picking up your child Signature of the parent or guardian. *A photo id is required to release the student *Please include the note in the child’s daily notebook for easy finding.

4 Students arriving after 8:05 a.m. or 12:25 p.m. must be signed in at the front office by a parent or guardian Disciplinary measures may be taken for excessive tardiness and late pickups. 5 Breakfast Morning students will receive breakfast from 7:30 to 8:00; after 8:00 we will be cleaning up to head to the classroom. Students will not be allowed to eat breakfast after 8:00 Elementary Breakfast $1.30 Reduced Breakfast: $0.30 Lunch Humble ISD Food Service Regulations Child must choose a grain, protein, fruit or vegetable to constitute a meal. There must be 3-5 of these items on a tray or student will be charged a la carte price. 6 Early Release Dates August 29, 2014 September 17, 2014 October 1, 2014 October 29, 2014 October 30, 2014 December 3, 2014 December 19, 2014 January 28, 2015 March 25, 2015 May 6, 2015 June 4, 2015 Important Notes Students who are purchasing a lunch will be provided sack lunches to eat in the classroom Students who normally do not purchase a school lunch can bring a lunch from home. Parents are not permitted to eat lunch with their students on these dates due to student confidentiality If your Pre-K student has an older sibling at Timbers, he or she will need to be dismissed at 11:55 per principal request and will need to report to the back entrance. Please provide a change of clothes for your child in case of minor accidents (liquid spills, urination, etc ). The clinic will not have extra clothes. For any major toiletry accidents parent contact will be necessary.

10 We will be responsible, respectful, and safe If a child is not following the stated rules, a child can be moved to the following colors; Green, Yellow, Red Green- Great Day Yellow- a child has received 2-3 Warnings Red- Call Home Behavior Plan Students will… Demonstrate a desire to learn Actively participate in the learning process Accept responsibility for their decisions and actions Conduct themselves in a way that contributes to a safe, positive and respectful environment Vision Statement

11 A donation of $10 will be asked for at the beginning of the school year. The money requested will be used towards food items and activities for the 3 school parties. No donation of food, candy, or drinks will be accepted for parties. Volunteers can not check in till after 9:00 and ALL volunteers need to check into the front office. 3 Parties a year- Winter, Friendship, Spring Special Events-Super Kids Day, etc. No Birthday Invitations or goody bags are to be handed out under any circumstance! You may purchase ice cream in the cafeteria for the class a week in advance to celebrate your child’s birthday
