2  Blackbeard had about 310,000 gold pieces by his 3 rd year of piracy.  Blackbeard was a very rich pirate like others he would give any thing for a map to a treasure of a billion gold, or just kill the captain and crew and take it.

3  He loved to find treasure maps and more importantly treasure!  He also loved power so that’s why he had a multitude of swords, knives and, pistols and,cannons.  His ship was his 2nd most favorite thing.

4  Blackbeard hated other pirates, finding a treasure chest that was already empty and, what he hated most of all was losing a battle. Below is when he lost his battle in Ocacock.

5 He went to the Caribbean, then Charleston, then Carolina coast, then Beau fort, then Bath last but not least, Ocacock the place he died, before his crew went into mutiny. Also Ocacock was his lair/cave.

6  He was born in 1680 and he died in 1718. He lived 38 long grueling years.  His true name was Edward Teach, he was better known as Blackbeard.  The chart shows how much gold he got. >

8  Edward Teach also known as the notorious Blackbeard was born in London, England. He was not born into piracy but he loved the things that pirates got to do so when he had a large enough crew and when he was old enough he decided to become a pirate.

9 This is the Ocacock inlet the very place where BLACKBEARD lived and died.
